Overview

Thermal gap pads are highly conformable, pre-cured elastomeric materials designed to provide an effective thermal interface between heat sinks and electronic devices where uneven surface topography, air gaps, and rough surface textures are present. They combine high thermal performance with excellent electrical insulation, can easily conform to minute surface irregularities, act as reliable shock absorbers and vibration dampeners while maintaining its properties across a wide operating temperature range.
